Casa Colorado sleeps 12: nine in the main house and three in the casita, a separate little house with its own entrance. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Here are the beds, then a quick planner to work out who goes where.

Plans that work well
Two families
Each set of parents takes the master suite or the queen bedroom, and the kids share the bunk room and the sofa bed. With a third couple or grandparents, they take the casita and get their own front door.
Grandparents and grandkids
Grandparents in the casita (quiet, private, their own bathroom and kitchenette), parents in the master and queen rooms, kids in the bunk room.
A surf crew or friends’ trip
Couples take the king, queen and casita queen; singles take the bunk room, the casita twin and the sofa bed.

How many bedrooms does Casa Colorado have?
Four: a king master suite, a queen bedroom and a bunk room in the main house, plus the casita with a queen and a twin. There is also a sofa bed in the great room. Every bedroom has its own bathroom.
